What motherboard and RAM to get with the i5-2400?

Currently my rig is:
5770 radeon
m2n-e mobo
2g ram
500g hard drive
amd 64 dual core processor 3.0GHz

My rig is very old and thus becoming quite slow. I want to upgrade the cpu, which means I have to upgrade the mobo as well, which means I have to upgrade the RAM.

I think I am going to buy the i5-2400 from here:

I was planning to combo this with this motherboard:

What should I get for the RAM, also are my choices good? My budget is 400 dollars. By the way I want to buy all my items from this ebay seller, that way I don't have to pay shipping multiple times.

Get any good quality DDR3-1333 1.5v RAM. Don't bother getting anything that's faster than 1333, as that mainboard wouldn't be able to use it at full speed anyway.

How many gigs ram should I get, I was looking at those, some are 4g, 6g, 8g?

Tom's recommends 8gb, but you'd probably be good with 4, and certainly good with 6.

Get either a dual-channel 4GB kit or a dual-channel 8GB kit. By dual-channel I mean buy one of the kits where the picture shows two RAM sticks.

The 6GB kit is triple-channel (three RAM sticks) and wouldn't work at full performance in a Sandy Bridge system.

corsair vengeance is DDR3-1600 and i5 requires 1333mhz.
does this ram will work?
