I work in Vray viualization with 3ds max 2009
now i started to work for a new company which is newly opened to vray visualization
i was asked to prepare specifications for a new rendering and modeling system
well am not familiar with quadro vgas but am familliar with gtx series

- so i bought an i7 processor the highest performance i could buy here in qatar which was i7 960 with 8 cores and 8 mb cache
i didnt find the 980 i guess it has 12mb cache

- also found a gigabyte with x58 intel comaptibility which has 4 pci express slots and supports i7 and usb 3 also sata 3
(ga-x58AUD3R) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3305#ov

- i installed 24gb dd3 rams of 1333 MHz bus speed

- i istalled a gigabyte GTX 570 graphic card http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3685#ov

a 2 terrbyte western digital hard drive

- a gigabyte case full tower aluminium sumo 5115

http://www.jbox.ca/gigabyte-sumo-5115-full-tower-computer-case-black.html

what i need is advice to upgrade this or to set it up so it can make better vray handling i still have problems where scenes over 2 million polys will make the 3dsmax to crash down
plz advice ............
