WHY F136 i7 RUNNING SLOW

I bought brand new sony vaio VPCF136FG/BI and its running slow. I cannot watch movie while transferring data, the movie player software will wait to finish the transfer and then it will start.


My config:

i7 740 QM
4 DDR3 RAM
500 HDD
NVIDIA 425 (1 Gb Video Memory)



Please help me.
