PC randomly freezes, no response from anything

Hey

My PC randomly freezes, though it unfreezes sometimes if I hit the side of the tower unit quite hard (seriously). It does this whenever. Additionally, the PC turns itself off if I'm not using it, and then when I start it up again it says that it hasn't been shut down properly (so I think it crashes after inactivity as well). Also, when I try and turn the PC on sometimes the fan just runs and the PC doesn't turn on. I'm thinking all these things are connected...

Nope, I opened it but I can't see anything out of place. There's loadsa dust..
Also, the computer crashes more frequently now too
