Was originally thinking about cheap samsung 4gb x2 1600...

got suggested for corsair and g.skill..... (Cor Vengeance, ripjaws,snipers..etc)

Which one should i get for high-qual gaming for long time(6 hours+)

The brands you listed are fine. Typically 1600 MHz is popular. Whatever speed you choose, look for the lowest latencies you can find and afford, 7-7-7-24 is faster than 9-9-9-24. Also check that the RAM you buy is within the voltage rating for your motherboard - Most recent high performance boards like 1.5V RAM.

All I would like to add to the info of treefrog07 is that when looking at ram also remember that you should get low profile ram if you have a huge aftermarket CPU cooler, or plan to have one later. I made this mistake and had to send my RAM back to exchange for low profile. I am going for one of the following two:

( also low profile is about the same if not the same price)

thinking of getting Hyper212 or Zalman 9900, do they count as huge CPU cooler?

if not i'll still with 8gb 12800 cl9 rams

Well you can still get 8GB kits that work with big heatsinks, but as someone else stated above, it would have to be low profile. Now all low profile ram is, the heatsink on the ram is lowered down for clearance respect to people that add big bulky heatsinks and or ram coolers. Now i use Kingston Hyper X 1600 and i have used patriot Ram 1333 before as well as both are good brands. GSkill i recommend as well. ah Corsair is another good one. Just make sure if your going to get a dual fan heatsink or has low clearance for ram. make sure your ram says Low Profile. because if it doesn't there is only a slim chance that itl fit
