I put it altogether, turned it on, the computer beeped & Restarted. (This is without installing windows.
I didn't have a CD/DVD drive for this computer, so i plugged the hard drive into my other computer, to install the system on there.
I installed windows 7, unplugged it and plugged it into the new build.
Turned on the computer, it beeped, and the same thing happened. It reloads after 10-20 seconds. It does recognize windows and it doesn't go get as far as the windows loading screen.
I unplugged my CD/DVD drive from my old computer and plugged it into the new build thinking that it might have been configured to only run on that motherboard.
I plugged this drive into the new computer, loaded the cd from the boot menu and tried to reinstall windows on it.
It started installing windows then in the end it said that the file was corrupted.
I have used this windows cd when i tried to install it when the hard drive was plugged into my old computer and it worked fine, now i tried doing this and it didn't work.
I don't understand why my computer keeps beeping ONCE and then restarts, beeps, restarts.
Why is it doing this? It eventually goes to the window recovery thingy, where i can choose to boot normally or try to fix the problem, even windows can't fix the problem, so i don't know what to do.
Any help is appreciated.
