A quality 400-450 watts PSU meets your requirements. Why not list all of the components and where you want to buy them? Intel mobo is meaningless while a description like ASRock Z68 Extreme4 is helpful.

If you want to build a system that will last for 10 years, then buy quality components. The PSU and the motherboard are very important components. Overclocking definitely is not an issue since you selected a CPU that can barely be overclocked.

What's the purpose of that system and what's your budget? If unsure about your requirements, then read reviews and look at various builds on this site or Anandtech.

10 years?

That depends on what you plan to do with it. Surf the internet and watch youtube? Sure I think so, as long as your parts do not fail.

Play games for 10 years? No.

10 years? it will be a piece in 4 to 5 years. I have people who want me to refurbish pc from 5 to 6 years ago and I tell them just to recycle it.

A system can last 10 years or more. There are lots of 7 or 8 years old PCs used to browse the net, etc.

I'd say if you want a PC to last awhile then you will have to become concerned with things like the motherboard. The motherboard is the building block for the rest of the PC, its not just a socket for you CPU.

OP:
By lasting ten years do you mean will the computer physically be able to operate for 10 years or weather it can keep up with performance standards for ten years?

Physically, it can last ten years, depending on the conditions it operates, quality of parts...etc. If it is at a low, stable and constant temperature/humidity then it will most likely last longer.

No.. actually for couple of years it will be used for gaming.. after that it will be used for normal home use.. like watching movies.. youtube videos.. ms-office documents.. thats all.. nothing more.. but for couple of years I will be using it for gaming..

Then it should be doable as long as the parts do not fail.
