Hey i just wanted to upgrade to a new system. My maximum budget for the upgrade is $1000 or Rs50,000 as it is in india. my current specs are---
intel-core 2 dou e7200 @ 3.05ghz(overclocked)
nvidia- geforce gt 240 1gb gddr5(overclocked)
2x2gb ddr2 ram @803mhz (overcloked)
400watt power supply
single 18.5" monitor @ 1360x768

I want a system that can run the latest dx11 games (especially crysis 2) max at 1360x768 res (very small resolution) i have figured out these specs tell me if i can get better/cheaper

CPU- intel core i72600k- Rs16960/$340
GPU-nvidia 560 Ti 1GB gddr5-Rs 12500-14000/$250-280
motherboard-ASUS P8P67- 10400/$210
PSU-CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX -Rs6800/$130
CASE-any mid tower case will cost around- Rs3000-4000/$60-$80
TOTAL-Rs52,160/$1040

also will the 560 ti be a bottleneck for the i7 2600k. very much thanks in advance.

i5-2500K (i5-2500 if you don't plan to overclock at any time)
GeForce GTX560/GeForce GTX460
Asus P8P67-Pro
TX650 if you don't plan on adding a second card.
Samsung HD103SJ
8GB/6GB RAM

The GTX560 and i7-2600K are a perfect match, although the i7-series of Sandy-Bridge CPUs aren't necessary for gaming.

ok well i think i will take the i72600k and the gtx 560ti and yes i plan to overclock the cpu up to 3.7ghz to 4.0ghz and i will overclock the gpu too. I dont' want a second card i don't like sli or crossfire they are useless on games that do not support them. and what the hell will i do with a 1tb hard drive i am happy with my 250gb hdd can i get a 300gb harddrive and run them in raid 0. and won't the 4gb ddr2 800mhz ram be enough.

DDR3 is the newer and cheaper standard, why are you selecting DDR2?
You can overclock the Sandy-Bridge i5/i7 processors to 4.5GHz on a stock cooler, that is one of the reasons they are so popular combined with their phenomenal gaming performance.
