So I just build my new PC, and my Video card (Asus ENGTX 460 DirectCU 1GB) is making a High pitched whining noise when ever I run FAH GPU Client.

It only makes this noise when under high load.

What is it? Can I fix it?
Cause right now I am planning to return the card and get a new one.

Ok that is coil squeal, that is common when running folding clients and even mine does that even though I go to great length compared to 95% of the users out there to make sure that nothing is left to chance. So turn up the fan speed to push more air over the power vrm to help cool the choke coils and mosfet stages to help improve the life of the card. If you do nothing about it eventually the card will begin to experience defects such as crash or artifacts.

I am starting to think it is actually the PSU. The sound seems to be coming from the PSU but the Graphics card is quite close to the PSU.
its a XFX XXX 650W
