Is there a game for Texas holdem for Windows 7?

If you're asking "does Windows come with it?", then no, it doesn't. If you're asking if you can get one... I'm sure any of those online poker sites will let you play Texas Hold'em. As for a 64-bit version... you don't need one, a 32-bit game will run just as well. If any of those site use Flash player, then you'll have to remember that you must run 32-bit IE to use Flash until Adobe gets their head out and releases a 64-bit version of Flash Player.
