Monitor flickering problem

I didnt know exactly where to put this , but here it goes.

My monitor stopped working, all it did was flickering, there was no screen at all.
I thought, oh my monitor is just broken, so i bought a new one. It worked for 1 day and just stopped working. I'd like to know what the problem is , is it my graphics card, power supply or could it be my motherboard that doesnt work properly?

specs:
Q8200 2.33ghz
foxconn g31mx-k mobo
hd4350 ( lol i know)
kingston 4gb ddr3
iso-450pp atx psu 350w

check security of connections, including gpu aux power input, ensure GPU is fully seated. Don't rule out a faulty DVI/VGA adapter if you are using one....
