Looking at the CPU-Z reading of it, it looks odd, why isn't it listed as PC3 12800? What's the maximum bandwidth deal? It shows as ~1300 in my BIOS. In general, things are just look weird. Can you verify this is right.. do I need to change something in my BIOS?
I'm have an issue with my graphics kernel driver crashing and EVGA suggested that the GPU is very sensitive to memory specifications being correct. Can anyone verify this is right?

You have to overclock it in the BIOS, unless you can set the board's BIOS to read the XMP-1600 profile. CPU-Z should then show the RAM as PC3-12800 (1600MHz).
I actually changed it in the BIOS, just the memory speed, to 1600.. saved it.. let it restart.. ran CPU-Z again.. showed the exact same result as the image above.
