My first build: will it work?

Please give me suggestions as to whether these specs would efficiently work or even work at all, especially with the NZXT Lexa S case. As you can see, I want a relatively high end computer that would be around CA$1000-1600. Also I'm new to the computer building scene and would like community input. Please be gentle =)

Also if there are problems with my build, please feel free to suggest any alternatives. Much thanks =D

1.5V RAM with the Sandy Bridge builds. You have a 1.65V set there.

Coolermaster 120mm fan not required. NZXT Lexa S well supplied with fans already.

You might look for the Corsair TX750W V2 (version 2) for your PSU choice.
What other PSUs do you have available? Where are you getting your parts?

Looks pretty good. Where did all that end up in cost?
