Hi,
I am looking to build my first desktop pc. It is going to be a non-gaming rig, but typical usage will include, 1080p video playback, cpu intensive calculations, about 20 browser tabs open at one time, Photo editing (mostly Photoshop) and frequent data transfer to external drives. Also, I plan to upgrade the processor and motherboard to AMD bulldozer core based processor and AM3+ motherboard next year. And, therefore I don't mind investing less on these two.

Tower case:
budget ~ $100
Requirements: Tool less, USB 3.0 ports, good wire management, top access to usb ports and audio jacks.

I am not sure how Rosewill compares to Thermaltake in terms build quality and reliability.

Motherboard:
budget ~ $100
Requirements: AM3, USB 3.0, SATA 6Gbps, Phenom II x4

Memory:
budget ~ $80
2x2GB? 1600MHz? DDR3?

PSU:
No idea.

Graphics Card:
budget ~ $150
Requirements: Should be able to support 2 monitors over HDMI. Not sure, if I can get 2 HDMI ports or if I will need some sort of an adapter.

SSD:
budget ~ $100
Requirements: Need a small OCZ SSD for the OS. Maybe around 40GB?

Can you please suggest the parts based on my requirements and suggest where can I cut the cost.

Thanks in advance.
