HD Audio or AC '97?

Hello,
I have an MSI Z68M-G45 motherboard. I have a Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX Tower. I have two remaining plugs from the front panel of the Tower. I only have one remaining connector on the Motherboard that looks potentially similar. The MB connector is JAUD1. Can anyone tell me if I can connect either of the two front panel plugs to that connector?

You motherboard supports HD, so use the Front Panel's HD connector on the board's sound-output connector. (AC97 is analog.)
