Guys just a simple question
which is the best 1 ?
1. Corsair TX 650W V2
2. XFX core edition pro 650W
(Are they both a product of Seasonic)

Corsair over xfx any day, but I love xfx to but there rma serive has went to crap-corsair is a cake walk. the corsair V2 has been improved also.

Yes they are both Seasonic built, and they are both based on the same platform. If one is cheaper than the other then you would go for the cheaper one.

@silvune the corsair has the updated parts, the xfx is the older version, I would highly reccomend to go with the V2 its improved much of the v1.

the xfx pro non modular series are the exact same as the corsair Tx V2 power supplies

The Corsair 650TX (V1) is, apart from being made by Seasonic, completely unrelated to the Corsair 650TXV2 and therefore the XFX 650 Core Edition.
I believe the 650TX is a Seasonic S12II design, but beefed up to get to 650.
While the Corsair 650TXV2 and XFX are based on the Seasonic SS650AT design - the Corsair and Seasonic share the same Ecos ID number.

OW of JG confirms that the XFX 650W Core is the same platform as the XFX 750W Core. So if the Corsair 650TXV2 and the 750TXV2 are the same design/platform, then the Corsair 650 and XFX 650 are the same also.

They look so similar to me that I can't believe they aren't the same design/platform.

I agree with @Silvune. Tear downs show that the Corsair TX650 V2 unit is internally identical to the XFX Core Edition PRO650W (P1-650S-NLB9).
