Extreme 4 gen3 boot menu pop up

Hello,
I'm having a slight problem with my ASRock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3, every time I boot my computer it passes the screen where I can enter the BIOS, all is well, then my BIOS screen background appears and in the center is a Boot Device menu asking me which device I want to boot from, these being my Optical Drive, SSD and HDD, my SSD is already set as default in my boot priorites in BIOS, and when I select it my computer boots fine, which is not all that bad I just wish I didn't have to do this everytime I booted my PC. Anyway underneath the list are 2 options, Configuration and Boot Default, Configuration sends me to my BIOS menu and Boot Default simply boots my PC using my SSD. I've had my PC for several months now and this only started happening a few days ago, I haven't done anything new aside from move houses and install Norton Anti-Virus, which I have now uninstalled and is to be replaced with AVG.

OK, i would start with BIOS.

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.

If resetting doesn't work you may try to dowload and flash an updated BIOS. But try Nik's advice first.
