More about laptop help athlon 2ghz
  1. HP ProBook 4525s XT950UT Notebook PC

    Acer Aspire AS5253-BZ602 15.6" Notebook, E-350 (1.60GHz)

So they both come with 2GB of RAM. The HP notebook comes with Windows 7 32-bit, the Acer comes with 64-bit OS.

The HP has a more powerful processor, AMD athlon II Dual-core 2.2 Ghz but it has worse graphics, Radeon HD 4250

The acer notebook, comes with the 1.6Ghz dual-core processor but has the Radeon HD 6310. Which would you buy?

  2. Dude I am looking at the exact same problem!!

    E-350 1.6Ghz w/AMD Radeon HD 6310
Athlon Dual Core 2.2Ghz w/ATI Radeon HD 4250

What did you end up choosing? Graphics card or Processor??
  3. I'd go with the HP. I have this Acer and it really stinks and so does ACER support. Never again!

I would choose this one but e-350 is definitely tempting. Sale ends tonight. Refurbished, but still a nice buy.
  5. I have lanovo laptop with beautiful configuration..
  6. The hp is a better buy since they are both laptops for basic usage (surfing the web, entertainment, work) , hp probooks are known to be solid business laptops besides the cpu in this one is better, and the integrated gpu in that acer is not going to give you any gaming. for better multitasking go with the better cpu. quality wise i never owned this acer model but my dad owns a probook that he uses for work and swears by it even though they tend to be quite heavy and bulky. besides acer is not known for quality laptops on their entry level aspire series.
