Motherboard Issue

Having an issue with my computer detecting the Graphics Card (GTX560) originally thought it was a power supply issue, and recieved a new one through warranty, but still having the same issue now. I have tried the GTX560 in another person's computer and it was detected and worked, and have tried an older card (nVidia 8600GT) in my computer and it worked. Someone referred me to here saying that i could possibly need a custom bios update from ASRock, so thought i would give it a shot. As for drivers, I am using the standard which came with the motherboard (IIZ68-14 version 1.4)
Have also already set in BIOS settings the default graphics to PCI-E, and tried clearing CMOS all to no avail.

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 1GB Super Overclock
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB ST500DM002
PSU: Antec VP550P 550W Power Supply
CASE: Thermaltake VM600M1W2Z Dokker Mid Tower Chassis

Did you try using the second PCIE socket (i know is silly just asking it ) ???

Yep, tried both PCI-E sockets. Tried flashing the BIOS to a earlier version - no difference.
