I have a question here

Can I install a Radeon HD 5770 to my computer with this specs? Do I have to change my memory to ddr3 or is it okay if I just use my ddr2 2gb? Sorry If I have many question I just have a small knowledge about hardwares.

Memory: ddr2 2gb
Motherboard: asus P5L-MX
OS- W7 32 bit
direct x11
NVIDIA geforce 9500GT 1gb

What power supply do you have?

Anyway no you don't need to upgrade the memory, or the motherboard.
That GPU you picked out IS compitable with all of that.

What make/model of power supply (usually on a lable right on the side of it) are you using? That information is needed to assess if you have sufficient power to use the desired HD5770 (nice GPU by the way). Otherwise, your system is good to go.
