Is this memory card compatible

As per those specifications yes both of them should be compatible. However, in your case - are the RAM heatsinks too tall to put them in? And remember your motherboard only supports 8GB so you will pretty much have to put away any other ram currently in.

Also what OS are you using? 8GB of RAM will be useless if you have windows 7 or XP 32BIT version as they only support 4GB of ram.

Your motherboard accepts ddr 1333 memor (OVERCLOCK) so yes it will be compatible but you will need to do overclock to use 1333 probably.

And your motherboard have 1 PCI-E x16 Slot what makes it compatible with any graphics card PCI-EXpress... so yes graphics card will work too.

Thanks for the help and yes my OS is Windows 7 x32bits and it does have space for the heatsinks.

You will need to upgrade to Windows 7 64 bit if you want to actually be able to use 8GB of memory (This is what Chainzsaw was trying to tell you in the second paragraph of his post).

Go to the Start Menu -> Control Panel -> System and look in the system section to verify which version you have installed.

Windows 7 32 Bit only supports up 3GB of memory.
