GEFORCE 240 VS ATI 5670

Forum Graphics & Displays : Graphics Cards GEFORCE 240 VS ATI 5670

Due to problems in my ATI 5670 DDR5 (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/307080-15-problems-5670#t2297702), I´ve decided to return it, and buy a new XFX GEFORCE 240 DDR5, will I lose a lot of performance???

Depends on of it is GTS or GT 240, regardless you lose performance either way (not a lot, but some), and you also lose DX11 capabilities.

it´s GT 240... I couldn´t find another PCI EXPRESS 2.0 GPU, with my budget here in Spain...

Doesn't sound like you ever figured out what your problem was with the 5670.

you loose a little performance and DX11
if you are into WEI scores the HD5670 was like a 7/7 and the GT240 was a 6.8/6.8 in the same unit...
WEI is kinda BS but some people actually go by it.
I don't know why but hey, i guess that's just me..
