Having trouble with tv tuner card

I took a PCI TV Tuner card (Ati TV Wonder Pro) out of my old computer and put it in my new computer, but i am having trouble getting it to work. There are no drivers for vista or &, the latest drivers say XP, but i went ahead and installed them. I cant get the Multimedia center to install though. Can anyone give me any help on this? Thanks.
