Would an ATI Radeon 4870X2 fit in my case?

Basically the topic. I'm very new to upgrading a computer and I'm not sure how to figure out if the case can even fit a card that is so big, and I'd hate to buy the card and find out that it doesn't. How would I tell what kind of case I have, and whether the card would fit or not?

Is this pic good? Sorry I'm not very experienced with this and am not sure what the pic is meant to capture. I have an ATI Radeon 5570 right now. Also, the case measures 15 inches from left to right in that pic. Is that enough for you to tell if it can support the card physically?

The longest cards out there are 12". With the open space you have above the hard drive cage, you'll have plenty of room. You'll need to clean up those cable nests though.

Do you mean the Ipiel - La3? Or another number?

Thanks a lot. Is there anything else I should know about installing a new graphics card? I'm already upgrading the power supply because my current one is nowhere near the necessary voltage.

I'm looking around on Ebay for it, and the prices seem quite good.

I'm using that list to judge graphics cards and it seems like the ATI 4870x2 is the 10th best in existence right now. On ebay it goes for around 100ish I think.
