For a single Radeon HD 5770 graphics card system the power supply should have a +12 Volt continuous current rating of 22 Amps or greater.
Your power supply's +12 Volt current rating is 20 Amps which is too low to properly power the system with that graphics card.
If you can find a Corsair Builder Series CMPSU-430CXV2 it will also provide sufficient power.
It is not the power supply's wattage specification that you should be focusing on. The most critical specification is the power supply's +12 Volt continuous current rating followed by DC Output quality (i.e. good voltage regulation, low electrical noise and ripple) and then the required number of PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
