Help choosing video card!

so i ecently got in my mind that i want to build a mini-it pc, i have all the components except the videp card, i can't decide if a gtx 645 or a hd 5850, ill be using a Silverstone SG05 with 300watt psu, now i've seem people use the hd 5850 with thtsame case without any problems, my question is will it run on that 300 watt psu? the rest of the specs below 1 core i5 2500k 8gb ddr3 (2x4gb stcks) Silverstone SG05 with 300wlim blu-ray dvdr-rw) 1 1tb 7200rpm HD or a 64gb ssd drive and foxconn h67s itx mobo am i cramping to much stuff that the psu can't hadddle it???? maybe a corsair h50 (if it fits and i have enough power to run it) so what do you guys think? possible with either video card i stated above????

300 watts will not power the 5850. I've not been aware that the 600 series has been released already.
