1st Q.: Does a GD pop the Amorphous of bases of other players, too?
2nd Q.: If yes: Does a GDs pop the Amorphous of more than one base per turn?

I believe so on both accounts.
Also If you have worms in your base and on the planet surface I believe
it will pop 15k in both spots too. The sim I did on that is a bit
old....
