I plan to buy i5-2500k but will never over clock it. Does this come packaged with a CPU FAN? Or do I need to buy one?

Yes it does come with a heatsink and fan.

Btw, if you don't have any overclock plans then might as well save a few bucks and get an i5 2400 instead. Unless of course you need the in built HD 3000 graphic chip.
