Tv screen is cutting off part of image

I am having problems connecting my computer to a lcd tv. Its hooked up via HDMI. I was trying to play starcraft 2 and had a inch or so cut off all the way around the screen. My tv has no image size adjustment option is there any way this can be fix from the computer. Changing the resolution in game is not doing any thing also I have this issue in some of my games while other don't have any problem at all.

Games that are cut off
Starcraft2
Sims2

Games not cut off
Empire total war
LOTR Online
Guild Wars

Anyway, tried updating your display drivers?

What graphics card are you using?

The card a GTX 460.

First time I hear of this with a nvidia card (common on newer ATI (AMD)), there people adjust scaling options in CCC. Check if you have scaling options in you nvidia control panel.

Here is a picture show as best i can what is going on. Anything in the red box is what i am seeing any thing outside is what is missing.

Also my video drivers are up to date.
