hi, i finished my first build and everything is running smooth, but i am worried because my i7 2600 (no k) @3.4 GHz is running at 39'c idle and at 60'c full load by prime 95, i am also using cooler master hyper 212+ with one fan installed, and cooler master haf 912 advanced case, is that temperature normal or should it be lower?

Yeah your good. You gotta remember with the I7 the hyperthreading adds about 14deg C to your temps when its being used. Also your chip ramps up to 3.8 turbo boost when your stressing it(games, benchmarks etc). Your temps are fine.

Im on a push/pull setup with the old h50(soon to be upgraded) on my 2600k and I get load temps of 68 with an overclock to 4.4. The I7 is hot.

Ive had mine for about a year so yeah its old to me. Its on an I7 2600k with hyperthread on. Sandybridge is much cooler of course because of its 32nm process. I had this same cooler on an I7 860 and my temps were up into the low 80's at only 4ghz.
