USB 3.0 Slots not working, help please

I just finished making my new rig and the 3.0 slots don't work, anyway I can check it? Mobo is Asrock extreme 7 Gen. 3, Even the case ports don't, which is the NZXT Phantom. BTW the 2.0 slots work fine its just the 3.0 slots that have a problem

Did you install the drivers for the USB 3.0 controller?

USB 3.0 is a new technology for which Microsoft has not included default drivers. The only way to get it to work is to install the drivers that come with the motherboard that are specifically intended to enable the USB 3.0 ports. If you don't have the drivers you can go to the ASROCK website and download them.

Yeah I actually did that, thought the driver that came with the mobo was supposed to already install the 3.0 drivers, apparently not.
