Foxconn small form factor external power supply

i have a foxconn small form factor the one shaped like the egg and as hot as a cooker and sounds like an air turbine but i need a replacment power supply help

Need a model number, maybe the motherboard you are using, case form factor, etc.

its in japanesse lol ermm it says after the japanesse e-bot savant power rating ac input 100-240v/50-60hz/2.5a thats all there is and its celeron board/ chipset thats about all i have thank you
