Asus maximus iv gene-z

hello

when i look at the specs of the asus maximus iv gene-z, i have to say wow
when i see the reviews it still is a big wow.
but when i see the comments i start to have doubts.
so in terms of quality and performance how good is this mobo?
i do not care for multiple graphics cards, so thats no issue for me.
or should i go with an asrock extreme 4 gen 3.

Mach top components and u may have a problem,

have no surge protector at home and have poor (especially in the apartments old) electricity at home and u are asking to have a problems.

It is mostly the user fault, when things die. Bad handling and static electricity will make u pay, one day. The only thing that died on me, were the HDD's over the time.

I handle parts with care and usually with surgical gloves. Some of my friends not, and they do have some parts dead often.

So, yes, we can avoid some dead PC parts. But than yes, some parts come DOA.
