Long story short: is ASRock P67 PRO3 (B3) any good? I'm considering buying it and an i5-2500k to use for gaming @1680x1050 with GTX 560 Ti.

Any alternatives in the price range?

Long story: I'm a gamer on a tight budget. If I had a bigger budget I'd go for ASUS and their 3 year warranty, like in my old build:
MOBO ASUS M4A78-E AM2+
CPU AMD Phenom II x3 720BE + Scythe NINJA 2 Rev.B
GPU ASUS GTX 560 Ti TOP (recently replaced ASUS HD4890 1GB)
RAM CORSAIR XMS2-6400 2X2GB DDR2 (TWIN2X4096-6400C5)
HDD WD CAVIAR BLUE 640GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB (WD6400AAKS)
PSU CHIEFTEC 650W (CFT-650-14CS)
Monitor LG W2220P 1680x1050

I consider power draw and noise important issues, so CLI/CF option isn't needed.
I chose P67 instead of Z78, because I don't see the need for it's features. I don't transcode video, don't have (or plan on buying) an SSD for caching, from what I've read Lucid Virtu doesn't save enough power to justify decreased performance/added headaches etc. PCIe 3.0? I don't think the motherboard I'll buy now will live to see a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot saturated by a graphics card I could afford...
