Building a cheap gaming com!!

Hi there! Can anyone help me please?!?!
I want to build a new computer but I have a budget of only S$400, can anyone help me with the parts I should get?? Recent parts though. I don't really wanna buy parts online. I just wanna get an item list to get everything. By the way I already have a graphics card geforce 8800gts 512 I just need the rest of the parts. Hope someone can help me asap!!!! :/
