BSOD on cold boot

Hi, I recently built a computer with the following components:

Windows 7 64x OEM
EVGA GTX 460
X6 1090T BE
ASUS M4A87TD EVO
Corsair XMS3 4G(2x2g) DDR3 1600
Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M600

She runs into a BSOD on every cold boot (~3hrs turned off) but on a subsequent boot, everything boots up just fine and she is able to play games and media without any problems whatsoever.

So far I have run a Memtest on startup which checked out fine, leading me to think it might be the mobo? I'm not sure what else to do before I have to resort to RMA'ing the mobo besides updating the BIOS? Suggestions? Thanks, I always appreciate the help.

I suspect a bad capacitor in the PSU...Once you cold start the unit and charge up the PSU components then it will successfully start the PC. If testing of a different PSU has the same problem then a MB component.

I also tried to run sfc about 5 times and it did detect corrupt files. Not sure if these are the ones causing the bsod and I dont really know what to look for in the .txt log of corrupt files found to do anything about it. Any help is appreciated.

@Traildriver, Id like to make sure it is the PSU before I RMA it.
