New system hadware fit?

Hello I am putting a new system together and would like to ask the need to ask the community a quick question? So I currently have a Dell XPS-400 media center PC with the LGA 775 Socket etc. I am purchasing Asrock Extreme 3 Gen 3 motherboard and the I5 2500k Cpu. Will the Asrock Mobo mount correctly inside my case? And the Website says my 775 Socket cpu cooler will work with the new board has anyone have any experience with this configuration?

about the cooler.....the i5 comes with its own stock cooler,and yes the board will fit in the case fine
