E2140 or Intel Atom 230

I have the option either to take E2140 or Intel Atom 230 from my work, please which one should i choose. I have searched about the comparison but nothing found , will be thankful for your help.

Atom is only good for surfing the net and maybe blueray playback. I'd take the 2140.
