Need good advice

Hello all.

I am currently building myself a new gaming computer. And I need your help to pick the right motherboard for my needs. My hardware so far will be like this:

CPU: i5-2500K

Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 2x4GB CL8

Graphic card: Geforce GTX 295 - my old card that I will upgrade once the Kepler series is out.

PSU: 750W Corsair

And my resolution is 1920 x 1200


The main use for this PC is strictly gaming, and I play almost everything new, like BF3, Tera, Mass Effect 3 and so on.

I have been looking on the Asus Rampage IV Extreme, but i think it would be overkill since I have no experince in overclocking at all. I will maybe try it at some point, but nothing big at all.

So I am standing here very confused and really need help from you guys, basically i want the best there is for my needs, and it would also be nice if the board is somewhat "future-proof" if that makes any sence. And everything just as pricy as the Rampage IV Extreme and below can I afford.

Do you have any suggestions?

My recommendation is SLI support and 12 Phases to the CPU for OC. The ASUS OC a little easier with good temps.
