MemOK Help!

Hello err body,
First, I have a ASUS P8Z68-V LX motherboard and 2x4GB 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance.
My computer turns back on in sleep mode after around 10 seconds without me doing anything. While it's turning on, the DRAM LED red light flashes once. I noticed that their is a MemOK button. Should I press it? I want my computer to enter sleep mode and stay in it.

You may need to check the ACPI/Sleep Mode settings in the BIOS if it didn work then try to update your bios to lastest
or Under the "Power" BIOS menu set it as:

Suspend Mode: Auto
Repost Video ... : No
ACPI 2.0 Support: No
ACPI APIC Support: Disabled

Under the APM Config page set as:

Power Button Mode: Suspend
Restore on AC Power Loss: Power Off
All other options Disabled.

If this does not work then set "Power" BIOS menu to:

Suspend Mode: Auto
Repost Video ... : No
ACPI 2.0 Support: Yes
ACPI APIC Support: Disabled

Thanks, but I can not find the POWER BIOS menu. Where is it?

in the bios....from there its called power management or just power i think i dun realy remember

I turned the computer back on, put it into sleep, and it doesn't wake any more.
