Motherboard for Llano HTPC build

I was leaning towards the ASUS myself because I've had good experiences with their boards in the past. The one specific feature of the Biostar that had me curious was the Bio-remote2 that lets you use your android phone to control the pc. Thought that would be an interesting feature for an HTPC.

Looks like the ASUS board is on sale right now at Newegg and there's a decent combo deal with the processor I wanted so I guess I'm going with the ASUS. Thanks for the advice and that android link.

Asus gets my nod
but
GIGABYTE GA-A75M-S2V this ones more cost effective at 65$ and does the same ,it is also a Tom's pick
it is also rated higher for overclocking 2400mhz
