Motherboard for Llano HTPC build

Was looking to build a new HTPC and have 2 motherboards I can't decide between.

ASUS F1A75-M

BIOSTAR TA75M+

Anyone have any experience with either of these or any suggestions?

I prefer ASUS because they have a well established reputation for making excellent quality motherboards.

I was leaning towards the ASUS myself because I've had good experiences with their boards in the past. The one specific feature of the Biostar that had me curious was the Bio-remote2 that lets you use your android phone to control the pc. Thought that would be an interesting feature for an HTPC.

Asus F1A75I-Deluxe it use ITX fromat... NOt design for game.. and nee dto use ITX Case

Looks like the ASUS board is on sale right now at Newegg and there's a decent combo deal with the processor I wanted so I guess I'm going with the ASUS. Thanks for the advice and that android link.

Asus gets my nod
but
GIGABYTE GA-A75M-S2V this ones more cost effective at 65$ and does the same ,it is also a Tom's pick
it is also rated higher for overclocking 2400mhz
