yes. easily a 9600 gt can max fallout at 1920x1080, gtx 460 and 2500k will have no issues with that.

Your i5 2500 would top the chart here if it was included.


Depending the resolution of your monitor you might have to back off the eye-candy a notch in Just Cause 2 - but it should be very playable.
