I'm in the market for a new PSU (suspect the old one is on the way out). The trouble is I'm using an old Gigabyte p31-s3l, which seems to require -5v on pin 20.

I have purchased a new PSU that doesn't have this, and to my dismay, computer is erratic and won't always POST.

Does anyone know if these can still be purchased new? A reputable brand, with both SATA and molex power would be idea, but at this stage, beggars can't be choosers!

After a night of further testing, it seems one of my sticks of RAM have gone bad. I'm not sure if this is related to the PSU, as I ran Memtest86+ on the installed RAM not 2 weeks ago, and it was fine.

Some old stuff I had in the back of the cupboard is running like a treat with the new PSU installed, I guess I can call this question closed for now.
