Need good motherboard for AMD FX-8150

i am planing to buy new system for virtual server pls suggest me with good configuration(processor, motherboard, 16Gb ramand cabinet)

my budjet is $600

i am considering this CPU, pls suggest me with good motherboard for this CPU
AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-8150 Processor.

For virtualization, I don't know about the AMD line. But if you want intel go for the i7-2600 (the non-k version)
This version have many virtualization enabled options that the i7-2600k doesn't have.

I'm going to do a little research about this AMD FX line to see if it's a good CPU for that task or not

AMD FX 8150 CPU is with 8 Core. with all similar features as Intel i7, where intel i7 is with quad core

The FX series is a total let down by AMD , i had very high Hopes for it to Stop the EvilishIntel but it failed .
it's even "weaker" that the Phenom Series ( Single Core ) and consumes too much power
it might have 8 core , but i7 has hyper threading so both can process 8 thread i suppose ...
i would think twice before going for AMD , but that's me
