First off, a big thank you to everyone who looks at this and gives advice. I appreciate it.

Approximate Purchase Date: 3~4 months.
Budget Range: $1200-1500. Any places I can shave $ would be greatly appreciated.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, web browsing, home-office productivity.
Parts Not Required: None
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: New Egg
Country of Origin: US
Parts Preferences: see below
Overclocking: Yes. I'm not experienced, but it seems like a fact of life for those who build their own systems.
SLI or Crossfire: SLI capable
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments:
I'm planning on going with this build in the next couple of months. I've spent quite a bit of time hunting around online for pricing, reviews, and parts compatibility. I tried to save cash by going with combos via Newegg.com. If you have any suggestions on where I could save some money, I'd appreciate it. This is my second build, but it's been a while since my last one and I will need all new parts.

Awesome choice of parts except for some points I'm to comment on here:

1) Kapersky is terrible. I personally never pay for an anti-virus, I suggest AVG or AVira.
2) Is that SG-Barracuda a 7200.12? I hope so.
3) Rosewill? Sure they're okay but if you can find one of roughly the same specification in the same price range then that would be nice:
-XFX
-Seasonic
-Corsair
-Antec (Not Basiq)
-Enermax
...They are the top 5 brands in my eyes, certainly.

Do you have a MicroCentre nearby? They sell components at some sweet prices.

Good thoughts. I appreciate it.

Omnisome,
I no longer live near a Microcenter, but I can make the trip next month. With all the combos and rebates offered through Newegg the incentive to go through Microcenter isn't as tempting though. Good thoughts about the Anti-Virus, I may give one of those options a try. Any particular reason to be concerned about the Barracuda HD?

Why_Me,
Upgrading the video card will put me over budget. However, I can combo the RAM w/ the original video card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...). That'll save me $100 or so. Am I going to be missing much by going with the cheaper option? What's the thinking behind going with the Samsung HD as opposed to Barracuda?

The 7200.11 Barracudas have a terrible reputation for having short lives.

Did a quick google search, it appears as though the above referenced Barracuda is the 12th generation (7200.12).

Samsung HD103SJ: This drive is faster, and from a better company. I use one myself and it's nice, $5 less in price too! 32MB Cache, 7200rpm, 3.5" standard SATA2

Thanks for the advice. I've revised several of my parts and I am moving to make my purchase in the immediate future. I really need some input regarding the motherboard. I've narrowed it to 3 finalists, but I am having difficulty choosing one.
