Not sure if this is the area for this question, sorry in advanced

okay I've been having problems lately with My PC, I recently Bought a new Processor and It was Working fine until I went to turn on my PC & it wouldn't recognize my HDD & I figured that I Must of Removed a plug or something so I saw I had my Serial ATA cable out & I plug it into a Black Plug on my Motherboard (SATA 7) anyways it Wouldn't Recognize my HDD & I Tried going through Bios to see if i can do something about & I see that it's in the Bios but i can't change anything, so after few Shut downs & Boot ups removing plugs around (thinking i had the SATA Cables wrong) It now wont boot up at all, can someone tell me what happened to my pc..?

UPDATE 1: Tried using a spare Power Supply and still won't boot up...

UPDATE 2: Hard Drive is Fixed, but the Ram I put in I think it's bad because it wont go passed the black screen just before Desktop (it was on there for 10minutes) I restarted with the other Ram Stick & Now My Monitor keeps saying 'No Signal'

FIXED: It was my HDD going bad

ATI Radeon 5830 2GB / Palit Nvidia GTX460 1GB (been switching back & forth from earlier problems)
Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2Ghz
SATA 3.0 500GB HDD 7200RPM 32mb Cache
MSI 890FXA-GD70
