Asus motherboard

Daewoo computer, with Asus motherboard, no beep code..yet we see the keyboard has 3 lights flashing simultaneously .
PSU fans working.
Blank monitor.

additional: noting when turn on computer, the CD light is on, power button light is red.
checked user manual for Asus, no help.

Integrated video or have Seperate Video card....?

also remove all memory .... can you hear beep sound... ?

noted, when powered on, keyboard flashing & CD rom light on constant.

If remove memory an dno beep.... I would think is the Motherboard..unless is internal they don't have a small speaker connected...

When turn on is the CPU Fan connect to MB on or not?

yes.
All fan connections good. what strikes me unusual is the
keyboard &CD rom lights are flashing & stead on.
there is a small speaker.

Then it Look like is power supply issue.... do you have another power supply to swap to test..

no, but I will get one! not enough power in the old one?

the hdd crapped out! for the labour, we can buy a refurb one. thanks for your help!
