BIOS doesn't show my SSD

I have a ASUS P8Z68-V GEN3 motherboard with a 2600K, Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD with a Hitachi 1TB storage drive. When I go into the UEFI bios, the boot priorty only shows the Hitachi drive and not my SSD. In the advance section it shows the SSD and I've been able to boot fine from the SSD for the past 4 months. I'm just wondering why the SSD isn't showing up in the boot priorty section. I've never flashed my bios or anything like that.
