Need cable help

My first build and have two questions already. Antec case came with fan mounted but what do I do with the 4" cable with speed control swith, do I try to route it outside of case? I'm afraid to just leave it and have it get tangled in fan. Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 mobo came with 4 SATA cables, two are 6.0 Gbs and two are 3.0 Gbs. What is the difference and what should I use where, they are all the saqme length?

A couple of questions.

What kind of Antec case is it specifically?
Does the fan speed control switch have a mounting bracket or anything? (sometimes they fit in one of the blank cover plates for expansion card slots)

Regarding the SATA III (6gb/s) vs SATA II (3gb/s)... your motherboard only has SATA III (6GB/s) ports, but they are backwards compatible and can function with SATA II (3GB/s) devices. What drive (or drives) are you trying to connect?
