Prrrrlease help me getting the right graphics card

Hi
Can anybody tell me if it is worth while changing my graphics card out with a better one ?
Gaming especially Battlefield BC2 is my passion!

Today I have PCI Express nVidia Geforce GT320 1024MB but I am thinking about buying something better in pricerange 3-400$.

USAGE: BC2 (Gaming Battlefield BC2)

in that price range you have HD6970 and GTX570. but i think your processor will become the bottleneck. for your resolution HD5750, GTS450 or HD5770 should be fine.
